Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-08-24

This Privacy Policy explains how PsyZen, Inc., doing business as Lattix, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through lattix.ai and related services. It applies to website visitors, prospective customers, customers, marketplace participants, and account users. An enterprise agreement or data-processing addendum may provide additional terms.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide may include your name, business contact details, company, phone number, inquiry content, newsletter preferences, account details, project briefs, files, prompts, feedback, and support communications.

When paid features are activated, payment processors may collect billing address, payment method, tax, and transaction information. Lattix does not intend to receive complete payment-card numbers.

Technical information may include IP address, device and browser type, operating system, timestamps, referring pages, requested URLs, security events, cookie identifiers, and service interaction logs. Lattix does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and use of the services, from your organization and authorized users, from integrations you connect, and from service providers that help operate the services. If you provide information about another person, you must have authority to do so.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide, personalize, secure, and support services; create and administer accounts; process transactions; schedule meetings; communicate about projects and product changes; send marketing you requested; maintain business records; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; enforce agreements; and understand and improve service performance.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising. If that changes, this Policy and required opt-out controls will be updated before the new processing begins.

4. AI prompts, files, and output

When an AI feature is activated, prompts, files, relevant account context, and generated output may be processed by model and infrastructure providers solely to provide the requested feature under the applicable configuration and contract. Enterprise Orders may specify approved providers, retention settings, regions, and restrictions on model training.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, trade secrets, or data you are not authorized to use unless an Order and data-processing terms expressly permit it. Preview interfaces currently use mock content and do not execute live model requests.

5. How we disclose information

We disclose information to vendors acting on our behalf for hosting, authentication, databases, payment processing, email delivery, scheduling, security, support, analytics when enabled, and AI processing when requested. Depending on activated features, these providers may include Vercel, Dynamic, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Cal.com, and approved model providers.

We may also disclose information to professional advisors; to an acquirer or successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale; to protect rights, safety, and service integrity; or when required by law. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for their own advertising.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use cookies or local storage that are necessary for security, authentication, preferences, and preview functionality. Analytics or advertising cookies will not be enabled without updating the applicable notice and consent controls where required. Browser settings can block cookies, but essential features may then stop working.

Where required by law, we recognize applicable universal opt-out signals for sale or targeted advertising. Because Lattix currently does neither, such a signal does not change current processing.

7. Legal bases for processing

Where law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, comply with legal obligations, or act on consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting security requirements, and complying with law. Retention depends on the data type, sensitivity, account status, contract, and legal requirements.

Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe, plus a limited suppression record. Project and account data is deleted or de-identified according to the applicable Order and operational backup cycle, unless law or a legal claim requires longer retention.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and service, including access controls, encryption in transit, provider diligence, and incident response practices. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing using the link in an email or by contacting us. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Lattix does not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.

Send requests to hello@psyzen.xyz with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy Appeal.” You may also contact the privacy regulator where you live.

11. Children

The services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

12. International transfers

Lattix and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where required, we use contractual or other approved safeguards for cross-border transfers. Enterprise customers may request additional transfer and processing terms in a data-processing addendum.

13. Third-party services

Links and customer-connected integrations may lead to services Lattix does not control. Their privacy practices govern their processing. Review those policies before providing information or enabling an integration.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as services and law change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. We will not materially expand use of previously collected information without the notice or consent required by law.

15. Contact

For privacy questions, requests, complaints, or appeals, email hello@psyzen.xyz. Contract customers may also use the notice contact in their Order or data-processing addendum.
