Parties and scope
PsyZen, Inc., doing business as Lattix, provides the assessment to one business through an authorized primary contact. One business. One primary contact. Up to three existing workflows. Deliverables and exclusions are listed on the Audit offer page and form part of this draft.
Price and acceptance
Proposed one-time service fee: $1,500 USD. Tax treatment, the final payable total and processing-fee treatment await approval. No subscription or automatic renewal. This draft cannot be accepted and creates no purchase, reservation or obligation. A finalized dated Order must be explicitly accepted through an enabled checkout before it can govern an engagement.
Start and delivery
We acknowledge payment and brief status within one business day. Delivery within five business days after complete intake, discovery and a written confirmed start date. Business days are Monday-Friday Pacific, excluding announced holidays. Payment alone does not start the delivery clock. The pilot is limited to one paid engagement, with no paid waiting list. No slot is currently offered.
Cancellation proposal: approval pending
Proposed full refund before a written start confirmation, including out-of-scope intake. After start, the proposed allocation is $300 for completed discovery/workflow mapping and $1,200 for the completed report/walkthrough, with undelivered allocations refunded. If we cannot meet the confirmed date, the proposal offers an agreed new date or refund of the undelivered allocation. Applicable statutory rights remain. These terms are not final.
Missing intake proposal: approval pending
Proposed follow-up: one reminder after seven days without intake; after 30 days without a start, offer cancellation/refund. No indefinite paid queue. No reminder or refund is automated by this guide.
Client information and retention: approval pending
Use redacted workflow descriptions only. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer lists, private customer data or production access. No model/provider processing of client material is authorized. Proposed manual review/deletion of working brief copies is 90 days after delivery or cancellation, subject to legal holds and provider backup limits. Financial/contract retention and provider deletion limits must be confirmed before any final retention promise.
Deliverable rights and clarification
The proposed Order transfers client-specific paid deliverables, subject to identified pre-existing tools/templates and third-party rights. Confidential material or case studies are not reused publicly without permission. One clarification/correction round covers the original workflows; it does not add workflows, redesign or implementation.
Relationship to site terms
Only a finalized, expressly accepted Audit Order can take precedence over conflicting site terms for that engagement, including cancellation and refunds. Viewing this draft or the briefing guide is not acceptance, payment verification or authorization to start work. Questions: hello@psyzen.xyz.
